Good Climate Policy, Bad Politics - TierneyLab - Science - New York Times Blog
I am for a carbon tax in Washington. I think we need to get the tax built into all our products. The tax money collected gets put into research for green energy paths -- first of all conservation.
Why do we fuss about a $1 a gallon tax when Exxon can raise the gallon of gas up as much as it wants and no one stops them? Time we started taking control of our energy needs and stop letting corporations run over us.
The days of slavery to automobiles driving gas are over. Break the bonds. Organize for a carbon tax. What are your thoughts?
Will we change in time? Or will burning fossil fuels turn us into fossils?
basta
